We stayed before a Viking cruise and found the hotel comfortable and lovely. Chioggia is a picturesque little town with lovely shops. The bed, pillows, and linens were great, and the bathroom looked recently renovated, modern, and clean. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel staff arranged a taxi for us, and the cruise terminal was only a short ride away.

The ferry stop is right beside the hotel, making it easy to head off to Lido, Venice, Murano, Burano, or wherever else you dream up. Bring your camera, you'll want photos! We loved the daily breakfast buffet, with a delicious variety for everyone. Thursday's market day was festive and fun, even with rain threatening. This beautiful old hotel sits right at the water's edge in quaint Chioggia. The staff were pleasant and happy to answer questions.

I was with a group of 19, and everyone loved the hotel's location, service, friendly staff, breakfast, and cleanliness. I'd highly recommend staying here if you'd rather avoid Venice's hustle and crowds.

Our room was really comfortable and clean, and breakfast was excellent. Marcelo and the team were so helpful and friendly with our questions. They shared great ideas for places to eat, including favorite menu items, and things to see and do. The location is perfect, right on the piazza, yet quiet at night. Thanks to everyone at Grande Italia!
