We were travelling from Canada and had no idea if we'd get our bags back after leaving them in a taxi near the Natuna hotel. We'd come from Verona by taxi to Garda Beach and only noticed the bags were missing after we were dropped off. They had our identification, some money and medication in them, so we were panicking. The front desk attendant, who we think was Elena, was wonderful. She was kind and generous, called the taxi company to help us try to recover the bags, and really helped us feel calmer in a stressful moment. This is one of the most positive reviews I've ever written.

It's a simple B&B with a public bar attached, and very good value. You get what you pay for, so there's not much more to ask. The location is convenient, and the family who runs it are welcoming and really friendly. Well done.

The breakfast was a letdown, and the room didn't live up to the rave reviews I'd read before booking. It was fairly spacious, but ugly. The bathroom was worse, with a shower that was peeling and worn out, so we decided not to use it. We only stayed one night in July, and as soon as I saw the room I wanted to leave.

The hotel's location is excellent, and when our dog had a health emergency, they kindly let us check out early without any fuss or keeping our money. For that, I'm grateful. But the room wasn't a good fit for a dog, especially since there was no fridge for the wet food, even though we'd told the owner about the dog by phone when booking for two people and a dog. There was no private parking either. We were directed to a paid lot for €10 a day, plus another €10 daily fee for the dog. The room was tiny, the bathroom even tinier, with a crooked toilet and a shower that hadn't been cleaned properly. The bathroom in general wasn't clean, and there was a slightly unpleasant smell in the room. Just my opinion, but it could work for one night, not a longer stay.

The owners were so friendly and accommodating, and ready to help with what we needed. The hotel was quiet and clean, just a few steps from the beach. Recommended.
