Residence Rex

Consuelo, the manager, was wonderful and always available to help with any issues. We stayed in a first-floor room that was in excellent condition, with air conditioning, a cool interior, and a super clean bathroom. The large terrace was great for eating outside. The location is very central, with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a tobacconist, and other amenities all within walking distance. I requested a crib for my son, and they brought us a camping crib for €10.00 per day. This is a quiet place to stay in Sottomarina di Chioggia, though it may not suit anyone looking for a quiet city, as the Astoria playground is right across the street. Early risers can watch the sunrise.

The room was spacious and well furnished, with two balconies, and the bed had a good-quality mattress. The small kitchen worked perfectly, and the bathroom was comfortable, with a shower that kept good water pressure at all hours. It’s a comfortable, clean residence, and they’re available whenever needed. The only issue is that there’s no elevator.

The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and the amenities were adequate. Being close to the beach is a plus. But it’s on a main road and opposite an entertainment center, so falling asleep with the window open can be difficult. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for peace and quiet.

Never again. There was hair all over the bed, and the shower, bidet, and even the sink were dirty. Cleanliness was nonexistent.
