The wellness area was nice, the food was good and the staff were 10/10. At breakfast, though, there was a little outdoor cage with birds in it. It's sad to see such beautiful birds kept in such a small cage. There's really no need to have them.

We weren't guests at the hotel, just came for a meal in its restaurant. Everything we tried was delicious: two soups, ravioli and a meat dish. The chilled melon soup was especially unusual and unforgettable. Big thanks to Max, our waiter, who was polite, attentive and professional, and made the evening even nicer.

The drive to the ski slopes took about 30-40 minutes, but that hardly mattered given how incredible this hotel was. Of all the ski resorts I've visited, this is the most beautiful place I've stayed. After skiing, the sauna and lounge room with hot tea made it easy to relax. There were roomy lounges for gathering with friends in the evening, playing chess, cards or other games, and the courtyard was beautifully designed. Breakfast was generous and delicious, the staff exceptionally friendly, and the dinners were as good as tasting menus at top restaurants. Highly recommended for everyone!

At the restaurant, the food was exceptional, close to Michelin Star quality without those prices. We ate there four times, and every dish showed outstanding care, from the flavor and colors to the fine locally sourced ingredients. Bravo to the Chef, and thanks so much to Max for being such a caring, great waiter. Our hotel stay was great too, though it's worth checking which room you're getting. Some have been remodeled and look awesome, while others seem a few decades old. We spent four nights in an outdated room facing the street, where traffic was pretty loud. The mountain-facing rooms must be much quieter. The spa, restaurant and staff were all great.
