We were there in December 2023, right in the middle of a busy holiday period in Italy, and everything went smoothly. Check-in was simple, our room was clean, and we had a nice view of the train station. The staff were so kind and helpful. For anyone visiting Torino, it’s a good option for the price.

The train station is just across the street, which made getting to Turin really easy. It was a quiet spot, and the staff were friendly and professional, almost like they could read your mind. Our room was cleaned and the towels replaced every day.

I booked two nights for a business trip in 2021, just after the pandemic, but left after one. The photos didn’t match what I found. The rooms were dated and dirty, and it seemed like some people were living at the hotel. In the first room, someone else’s luggage was there and the bed had already been slept in. I was moved to a smaller room that was dirty too, with an extremely uncomfortable bed.

The views were amazing, and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly too. Ask bartender Marko about the local cocktail he makes himself, it was soooo good!

The terrace is great, and the gin and tonic was very good.
