The hosts are what made this stay so incredible. Claudio and Francesca were loving and patient with our lively family, and each morning they made us a delicious homemade breakfast: omelettes, stuffed zucchini flowers, jams, toast, tiramisu, and pasta casserole. They also gave us detailed tips for local sights, including how to get there, parking, and places to eat. Our kids got to see the animals every day, and they're still talking about the goats! We ate dinner with them twice, and the food was amazing, all made with so much love. There was meat, cheese, pasta, chicken, stewed beef pasta, wine, and roasted vegetables, much of it from the farm. We were in heaven and absolutely stuffed. Our family of five, with kids aged 7, 6, and 2, stayed eight glorious nights at I Filadelfi 1828. The place is gorgeous. Our room had a double bed, bunk beds, and a single bed, plus a huge shower and beautiful views. Of course, the pool was a favorite too. Thanks to Claudio and Francesca for sharing their wonderful farm with us!

The food was fantastic, with a Neapolitan menu and a twist, and everything tasted excellent. We also bought some products to try at home, and they were top quality. The owner welcomed us with an umbrella in the rain so we wouldn't get wet, showed us to the restaurant, and offered us juice. The staff were very friendly and made us feel pampered. Our comfortable room had a large fridge and a modern air conditioner that kept the temperature just right. The bathroom had a spacious, comfortable shower.

We came as a group of families with children and friends, hoping for a simple, relaxing weekend, and found even more than that at Filadelfi 1828 in the heart of Cilento. The kids could roam between the pool, farmyard, and little farm animals, while the grown-ups finally had time to unplug and enjoy each other's company. The pool area has a breathtaking view and was a lovely place to relax while the children played safely. The property feels rustic in a good way, welcoming, with well-kept shared spaces. The open view across the hills is quiet and restorative, and the lack of tourist noise made it feel truly peaceful. Time seems to slow down here.
