La Panoramica

We came as six families of friends and the six apartments made it an ideal setup for us. There’s a big shared kitchen for eating together, plus the same number of outdoor tables for anyone who wants to dine outside. The apartments have all been recently redone except the largest, which is just as comfortable. They’re tastefully furnished and spotless, and sheets and towels are included. The pool is the icing on the cake. Cristiano was warm, genuine, always smiling, and helpful, and Roger the dog charmed all the children. We spent the week of August 15th at the wonderful Panoramica and are already missing it. Avenale has only 300 residents and welcomed us with its village festival on August 15th, with two full days of events. Cingoli also had a street food festival, which made for a really delicious evening. There are lovely walks and hikes nearby, suitable even for less experienced walkers, including Cristo delle Marche, the Cingoli Waterfalls, the Adventure Park, and Lake Cingoli. At Panoramica, you can enjoy a peaceful break from the crowds in a place that feels timeless, surrounded by a unique panorama. Highly recommended. There’s a pool, a barbecue, and a big dining room that works well for groups. Cristiano and his faithful dog, Roger, are always available, and the house has every comfort. It’s wonderfully welcoming, surrounded by beautiful nature and away from the crowds, with a great base for trips and hikes. In Le Marche, the food and drink are good too. Definitely worth the journey wherever you’re coming from. Bravo Cri, keep it up!

There were 24 of us staying with a group of friends. The house is beautiful, with room to play, a ping pong table, and a pool. The kitchen has plenty of space for everyone to eat together. Cristiano, the owner, was super helpful.

The rooms were spotless, and our stay was just what we expected. But what really stayed with me was the landlord's kindness: he paid to send back a coffee I’d forgotten, all the way to Rome. That says more than any star rating. A good, honest person. We had a wonderful time in what felt like a little paradise. Roberto De Santo
