Castello Di Vicarello

The surroundings were beautiful, peaceful, and so well cared for, with an elegant, intimate feel that captured the charm of Tuscany. A special mention for sweet Uva, who stole our hearts. From the moment we arrived, the team treated us more like family than guests. The staff were genuine, thoughtful, kind, attentive, and always glad to help us feel comfortable. You could tell how much care they put into making each stay special. That kind of hospitality is rare and made a real difference to our trip. We're grateful for the experience and hope to return someday. Thank you for making our time in Tuscany so special.

The history and carefully put together atmosphere made our stay at Castello di Vicarello feel special, and I can't wait to return next summer. The property was immaculate and had a truly authentic feel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and by the time we left they felt like family. I loved every second there and couldn't recommend it more.

We only had one full day here, and ended up staying on the property instead of exploring the other hill and medieval towns. It would have taken at least an hour to drive anywhere, and if we'd stayed longer than a full day, we probably would have gone out. The Tuscan Hills views are amazing, the service is outstanding, and the food is really fresh. It's a very relaxing place to spend a few nights resting and recharging during a busy trip around Italy.

We were there as a couple in mid-June on our Italy road trip, and this place still feels almost unreal to me. The peace, natural setting, warmth, and hospitality made it incredibly special. We met the owners’ son, who showed us around the estate, and felt at home right away. Our room was elegant, spotless, and distinctive, with so much care in the details. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, and the food was outstanding, especially breakfast. At sunset we had a private dinner for two. It got a bit chilly outside even with the heaters, so they easily invited us into a beautifully arranged private room with a fireplace. The pool felt like our own oasis during the day, and Uva, the dog, may be the happiest dog in the world. Castello di Vicarello will always mean a lot to us because this is where I proposed to my wife. For us, it was pure paradise, and we recommend it wholeheartedly.
