We felt completely unprotected, and the reception's response was dismissive and unprofessional. When we reported what happened, nobody seemed willing to help or investigate. They told us to “go to the city” and handle it ourselves, then said they couldn't prove we weren't lying. Great customer care. Not. A total of 160 was taken from our room, €100 from me and €60 from my sister. My mother also found her bags open. The theft happened inside the hotel, most likely while the room was being cleaned. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who cares about safety and respectful service.

We were robbed, about €160 was stolen, and the manager's only response was, “There's no problem.” You really can't feel safe here. Don't leave money or valuables in your room.

The atmosphere at Hotel Hotiday in Cinisi is relaxed, and the place is meticulously looked after. It's right across from Magaggiari Beach and Praiola, and if you're up for a walk, Grotta Perciata is worth seeing, especially for a few photos. The property has a lot to offer, and the Hotiday extras, including the private beach and outdoor pool, made the stay feel like something more. Next time, I'd like to try the spa with my girlfriend.
