We originally planned to drop off our rental car at Palermo airport and avoid taking a taxi into Palermo for the night, then another back out the next day. Instead, we used the hotel’s affordable shuttle, and I had no idea we’d end up somewhere this luxurious. The price doesn’t feel like luxury pricing, but the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, there’s a flat-screen TV and a little ground-floor terrace, and the service is incredible. The restaurant was so good we ate both lunch and dinner there. It’s a little expensive, but the place is very well appointed and the chef is amazing. Some of the pairings were really surprising. It was a mind-opening experience. I just can’t say enough good things about this resort.

We were surprised by how peaceful this little hotel was on our last night in Sicily. I expected an airport hotel, but it could easily be a destination on its own. We’d just stayed at a so-called five-star place near Cefalu, and this was much nicer. It was especially quiet and relaxing with no families with kids around 😁. The rooms are large, the pool area is great, and the gardens are beautiful. I also loved the little cats who pop out to say hello now and then 😻.

We picked this hotel for its location near the airport and our early departure, but it was so nice I’d come back just to spend more time there. The food and service were excellent, and the stay was great. The staff were excellent, especially Luigi, the Maitre’d in the restaurant. And despite being so close to the airport, plane takeoffs and landings weren’t an issue.

The staff were truly incredible, so kind and patient, and clearly used to helping guests from all over. The hotel was wonderful, very clean, with comfy beds and breakfast included.

The grounds are beautiful, breakfast was nice, and the surrounding area has lots of Sicilian local treats. It’s close to the airport, but you wouldn’t think so. We went in October, though, and the pool was closed.
