We stayed here in Sept 2022 and had a wonderful time. The garden was relaxing, and our room had an amazing view. The property and rooms are lovely and well located. Nicola was incredibly warm and helpful. When we asked, he gave us a detailed driving itinerary that was amazing, and he was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was yummy, with homemade cakes and care taken around food intolerances. The owner was kind and helpful, and my room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean. A great experience, 100% recommended.

They followed sanitary protocols carefully. The room, the place, and the view were all excellent, and you can ask for homemade cakes at breakfast.

Our arrival was extremely late, but the host still welcomed us warmly. The room was great.

Nicola was wonderful, with a rare kind of warmth that made us feel cared for from the moment we arrived until we left. We stayed for three nights starting February 14th, four of us, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The B&B is right in the heart of Città della Pieve, so everything is close by. Our room was spacious, bright, and beautifully furnished, with everything new. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom and excellent shower both worked perfectly. Daily cleaning was impeccable, and every day we had everything we needed. Breakfast was superb. The items weren’t homemade, but Nicola had coffee pods, milk, jams, honey, pastries, cookies, and herbal teas available, and even bought a cake especially for us. We felt right at home. Highly recommend it for comfort, cleanliness, and a warm welcome. Thanks for everything, Nicola. We’ll definitely be back.
