The food at the restaurant was delicious and local, and breakfast was a highlight, especially the homemade cakes and scrambled eggs. We also loved the refreshing pool, which always had a lifeguard on duty. The villa is surrounded by lovely nature, so it was a peaceful place to unwind. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful week at Villa San Donino. Our room was comfortable with charming vintage décor, and the staff were so kind and attentive throughout. We'd definitely recommend it for a quiet, authentic Italian countryside break.

The villa has its own church, so it would be a lovely spot for a wedding. There's also a new pool and an outdoor restaurant serving amazing food. Try the fresh homemade pasta and their own Grechetto wine. The luxurious hotel is in an XVIII century villa, in the high Tiber Valley region of Umbria, close to Città di Castello. Highly recommended!

We had such a nice, relaxing stay here, especially during the hot summer weather. And the food was so delicious. Definitely deserves 5 stars! 🌪🍝

June 2015: an excellent English immersion camp for children. They learned through lessons, sports, activities, and games, all in English, using Content and Language Integrated Learning.

Our self-catering apartment was great, and the food was superb. We had an amazing time and plan to come back next year.
