We came for a wedding nearby and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was spotless, our room was excellent, and the food was great at every meal we had there. All the staff were fantastic, helpful and understanding, and sorted out taxis throughout our stay as well as answering our questions.

I liked the hotel's modern, recently updated feel, though the elevator was small and cramped. When I got to the fourth floor, its doors wouldn't open, so I had to go down to the third floor and ride back up to the fourth.

The outdoor pool area was lovely, and the staff were lovely too. The rooms were amazing, the food was good, and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel.

We had to borrow everything because our rooms had no iron, kettle, or other basics. The clean rooms and the professional hotel manager were the only good parts of the stay. One staff member made the whole experience horrible. She was the restaurant manager and was extremely rude. She wouldn't serve us, physically moved me out of her way, and when we brought food down for the beach, she snatched it from my hands and threw it in the bin. She made us feel so uncomfortable.

The service was above average for Italy, and the restaurant was very nice 👌. It's a fantastic, brand new hotel.
