The service really stood out. Everyone went out of their way to help, and Roberto was often around with food or technical support in the conference room. People like him make business travel here easy, especially for international guests. I’m from the United States, and the staff were patient with my awful Italian; most spoke some English. The WiFi was acceptable for my work, the rooms were a good size and cleaned every day, and the food was great and reasonably priced. I especially liked breakfast. The hotel is on the north side of Pescara, away from downtown’s bustle but still close by. I’d highly recommend it for business trips in the area.

We stayed for three days, and on two of them a party by the swimming pool went on until 2 am with loud music. It was really annoying. The cleaning staff also yelled near our room very early every morning. I still give it four stars because the location is great, the food is very good, and the beds are nice. The hotel itself is really nice and the people are kind.
