Our reservation was cancelled on the day we were due to arrive. The owner said he had guests who didn't want to leave. He offered to pay for an apartment, but it wasn't nearly good enough. We'd already paid for the apartment, but that didn't matter.

The place wasn't very pleasant, and I expected better when we went there with my school for a competition. We were there in summer, and to our surprise, ten people were put in one room. It was very hot inside. The Wi-Fi was poor and unusable when more than one person connected. The apartment is beside a train track, and I woke up when a train went by. From what I've heard about accommodations in Italy, I wouldn't call it bad, but it wasn't the best either.

We booked it last year and found the house lovely and roomy. The manager was happy to help us with everything.

The owner was professional and easy to reach, and the house itself is beautiful.
