The owners were welcoming and always ready to help. We found the place spotless, with simple, no-frills rooms that were bright and well cared for. Breakfast was excellent, with local specialties, and it made a great base for seeing Civita and the surrounding area.

We felt so warmly welcomed by Rosanna. She was incredibly kind, gave us lots of useful advice, and took the time to help us out. Thank you, and we hope to see you again soon!

The rooms are on the small side, but the place is welcoming and well maintained, with plenty of rooms available. The owner was kind and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent, with authentic products, and the owners were helpful. It’s a family-run place that’s carefully looked after and very well located.
