Guest House Montegrappa Terrace

We stayed seven nights as a couple at Montegrappa Terrace. The staff were very helpful and accommodating when we needed to cancel, which led to a room change. They assisted us up to a week before check-in, when we paid for the full stay, and again until 24 hours before arrival, when we also paid the full tourist tax. They were kind enough to provide an extra linen change at check-in, even though the guesthouse didn't include one. After that, though, there was total silence. The only toilet roll had been left by the previous guests and was less than half full. They replaced it only the day before we left, after several requests by email and phone. There were also only a few hangers. The TV was apparently internet based and didn't show regular channels, only movies and other online content. That could be inconvenient for guests who aren't familiar with the technology, and I think the room description should have made it clear. The management needs to pay closer attention and anticipate guests' requests where possible.
