Getting into the apartment turned into a total disaster after a long day of travel. The online check-in took around 15 minutes through a third-party site called "be your home", and the city tax also had to be paid through a link instead of a simple normal process. Once we arrived, the directions were wrong about both the lockbox and which apartment to use. They also assumed everyone knew what Lupen was, even though the description uses Lupen as a landmark for directions. We finally worked out how to get inside by eliminating possibilities. Then, while we were sleeping, a light inside kept switching on. We thought it might be connected to a light in the passageway. If you enjoy solving a murder mystery and filling in missing clues, this might feel like a lottery win. Otherwise, don't bother.

Everything was within walking distance, and the location was excellent, near the train station, restaurants, and cruise port. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything our family needed. We were amazed by how warmly we were welcomed and treated. I highly recommend staying here.

My mom was meant to stay, but her flight was canceled and we couldn't make it. These things happen at the last minute, and I had no control over it. Lupen still charged the full amount. In case it's not clear, the cancellation fee will end up being the full booking price. They also weren't very responsive.

The place was okay, but checking in was needlessly complicated. It took 30 minutes online and involved 15 emails. The keys were hidden, and I had to ask a stranger for help finding them. Don't bother, stay somewhere else.

Great rooms, clean and in a great spot by the train station and beach. There are some great restaurants right out front.
