Villa Giada Luxury Boutique Hotel

We loved our stay. The setting is beautiful, the welcome and service were warm, and the rooms are lovely and new. There's a nice pool looking out over the Mediterranean, and the cruise terminal is only 15 minutes away.

The resort looked pristine, with a lovely pool to cool off in and beach access just a few steps away. The furniture, lounging areas, and pool bar/cafe were comfortable and thoughtfully laid out. Even the resort's signature scent in the toiletries smelled amazing. We were blown away by the hospitality and all the care put into the design. We booked one night while passing through because we wanted a pool and beach access, and wow, what a beautiful place. The property had just opened and had been completely renovated with professional craftsmanship and detail everywhere. At the private gate, an employee named Elisa and what I believe was an owner greeted us with big smiles and were very kind. The spacious reception quickly got us to our rooms. Both rooms were large and well appointed, with luxury wall coverings, a huge modern closet, and a beautiful, spacious bathroom. One of our two rooms had a sea view overlooking the ocean.

The service felt like that of a seven-star hotel, and it was worth every penny. We got a deal on a two-night stay at a reasonable price. The new hotel is stunning, extremely clean, and decorated with marble and porcelain, including beautiful bathrooms and marble rain showers. The views were breathtaking, and the amenities and service were top notch. They helped us out of a bad booking at another hotel, picked us up, and drove us to their property. They also offered us a ride to dinner and collected us afterward, then took us shopping downtown.

The staff were amazing, and the accommodations were stunning. It's right by the water in a very quiet area, yet so close to the Civitavecchia port. I'd gladly come back, whether traveling for embarkation or just visiting the area.
