Tuscany B&B Suite Pinzotto

They were very kind to let us check in at 12:30, even though we'd told them when booking that we might not arrive until midnight. Maybe because we checked in late, our room was beside the breakfast room rather than in the main building. It wasn't shown on Booking.com or Maps. The room was damp, smelled strongly of mildew, and was noisy because it faced the street. Light still came in through the shutters and blackout curtain, so sleeping was difficult. The shower was very basic, the bed wasn't very comfortable, and cleanliness was average. At breakfast, the woman was kind, friendly, and generous with advice, but most of the food was packaged and poor quality. The coffee was good. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, but the quality left a lot to be desired. I'd only come back to say hello to the nice owner.

I spent a whole month at this B&B and felt right at home. Jessica and her little helpers, her sons Giulio and Francesco, made me comfortable and were always ready to help with my requests. The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, and impeccably clean. There's a well-equipped common room with utensils for cooking and eating on your own. Breakfast has plenty of sweet and savory options, plus coffee, tea, and different juices. Jessica's dinners deserve five stars. She's an exceptional cook, and it's well worth trying them. The menu is decided together each day and includes a first course, a second course, and dessert, with generous portions. Jessica is helpful and friendly, and she made my stay truly lovely. We stayed for three nights and got a warm welcome. The room was spacious and super clean, and Gessica was kind, professional, and attentive to every need, including breakfast. The B&B is in a very quiet village in the Tuscan countryside, just a few kilometers from Arezzo. Highly recommended.

The rooms look nice in the photos, and maybe they used to be. Right now they're in awful shape: dirty, smelly, and covered in cobwebs. There was a wasp nest on the terrace, and the road next door was noisy. Breakfast was almost ridiculous. Strongly discouraged.
