Antico Casale L'Impostino

The view was really nice, and the staff provided good service. The food was delicious too. A good choice if you want some peace and quiet.

Lovely place to stay on a great wine farm. I'd definitely recommend it!

We came away feeling relaxed after enjoying the quiet, the Tuscan hills, and the scents of the herbs in the garden. Fabio, the agriturismo manager, was fantastic: professional and always there from breakfast until after dinner to help with whatever we needed. He made a big difference to our stay, and we're grateful. The room was very clean and had every comfort. There was a beautiful pool with loungers and umbrellas, and the service was high quality throughout. Breakfast was fantastic, with homemade cakes, croissants, muffins, hot pancakes, and a continental buffet. The homemade jams were delicious, especially the unusual strawberry and mint, apricot and cinnamon, and orange and ginger combinations. Dinner was just as good, with local ingredients and excellent wines from the farm. We can't wait to return. Go, you won't regret it!

The food was delicious, especially the cured meat selection and wines made from the vineyards. The grounds are wonderful and beautifully cared for, with rows of vines, an olive grove, kittens, and a little dog around during our stay. We also enjoyed the lovely pool and its spacious sunbathing area. Our room was roomy, very clean, and well looked after. It's a great location for Siena and the free thermal baths at Petriolo, about 6/7 km away. We had a very good stay, and our big dog could roam freely with no particular restrictions as long as we respected the other guests. There was always good music in the shared spaces, which was a pleasure. Recommended.
