The ski bus stops right outside the villa, so you can head out in your boots with your skis and poles. It’s super convenient, and the slopes are about two minutes away. The ski and boot room is spacious and has lots of warmers, so our boots were dry and warm each morning. The Dolomiti superski area was amazing, just as you can read online. We had everything we needed in the apartment. We stayed with two kids, cooked dinner every night, and made breakfast each morning. It’s on the smaller side, but there was plenty of closet storage and enough space for the four of us to be comfortable. This is such a lovely, well-run family villa. From the moment we arrived, they treated us like family, always smiling and ready to help. They cleaned the apartment daily and went above and beyond. Fresh bakery bread and other tasty sweet and savory treats were delivered to our door every morning, and we could choose what we wanted for the next day. We were so happy here that we’re thinking about coming back this year. I highly recommend staying here and will tell all my friends!

The rooms were very clean and spacious, and room service was amazing. There’s plenty of parking and a big ski room. The property is up on a hill, too far to walk to the slopes or ski directly, but the ski bus runs quite often.
