The owners were kind and welcoming. We got there an hour before our agreed time, and it was no problem. They greeted us with homemade goodies from their business in Morbegno, if I'm remembering right: jam, bresaola, apple sauce, artichoke and almond pâté, and other treats. They were reachable on WhatsApp during the stay, too. After a storm blew the boiler switch, they sent four easy steps and we got it running again ourselves. The main bedroom could use a pedestal fan for those still, hot nights, and the Wi-Fi was a little slow, maybe the provider could be changed. Those small things don't take away from the five stars for us.
