A really tidy place in a perfect location, and Claudia was lovely. We'd like to come back one day.

The house, garden and pool were a 10 out of 10 for us. We had a wonderful week, and the hostess, Claudia, and her husband, Beppe, made us feel at home right away. It's in a peaceful area, with Piona beach on Lake Como only a 10-minute walk away. Colico center is walkable too, about 20-25 minutes by my estimate, and has a beautiful view of the lake. Highly recommended!

Claudia, the owner, is attentive and gives great advice. The villa itself is magnificent, with a superb interior and exterior. The lake beach is a 10-minute walk, and there's an excellent pizzeria and restaurant next door. We had a wonderful holiday here.

The fenced garden was wonderful for our dog, who could run around to her heart's content, and the lake is just a few minutes away and absolutely beautiful. The location is very quiet and great for trips around the area. The holiday home is enchanting, with a gorgeous garden and pool, and the house is magnificent. Claudia and Beppe have thought of everything. It's all spotlessly clean and very well maintained, with everything you could need. We enjoyed our stay so much and would love to return.

We had a fantastic holiday and highly recommend this house for two families. It's fairly new, beautifully laid out for two families, and has a huge property with a pool that's ideal for relaxed days with the kids. The owner is friendly and helpful, and answers questions quickly. Mountain views round out the stay in Colico. The town has all the essentials, including small shops, a nice center with a boat dock, and a large shopping center. The lake is about a 10-minute walk away.
