After spending a month traveling around Umbria, this meal was a real surprise. The pasta with ground pork, simply cooked with oil, garlic, and red pepper, was spectacular. The bread was excellent too, and so was the local red wine. I needed a rest before heading out, and whenever I’m back here, I won’t skip this place.
The server made the meal enjoyable and was helpful, and the food was good.

We had a good three-night stay and we're pretty easygoing, and they welcome dogs too. The restaurant is in an enviable spot among the Umbrian hills, and the food was tasty, well prepared, and served in generous portions. The room needs some maintenance, though. The minibar door seal was loose, the shower column was pulling away from the wall, and the shower head sprayed everywhere except through its holes. During a humid weekend, we asked for the air-conditioning and heat-pump remote, only to find it had a FEEL function but no HEAT function. We ended up warming the room several times with the hairdryer. A little attention to the rooms would make this a top-notch agriturismo.
A lovely, well-kept setting and friendly staff who were glad to help. The food was good, though nothing special. Summer afternoons get quite hot, but a fan should do the trick. Nice for a relaxing day by the pool.
