The surrounding area is so picturesque, with so many beautiful passes. Our ground-floor accommodation suited my disabled needs, and parking was right beside it. The sofa and bed were super comfy, and the place was very clean. What a view! Highly recommended.

We spent a week with Maurizio in the Civetta apartment, and the sunset view of Mount Pelmo and Mount Civetta from the veranda is unforgettable. Maurizio was professional and very helpful. The apartment is new, tastefully furnished, and clean, with all the space and essentials you need. With its double bedroom and spacious living area, it works well for three or four people. Highly recommended.

Colle Santa Lucia is one of the most beautiful villages in the Dolomites, and it's kept its old-world feel, unlike other nearby valleys. We spent four days there on vacation with my girlfriend and dog in the Pelmo apartment. The 18th-century building has been renovated with care, and the apartment was clean and functional. The terrace was fantastic, with a breathtaking view over Colle Santa Lucia and the Florentine valley. Congratulations to Mr. Maurizio for his hospitality.

We were allowed to stay in the apartment until early afternoon at no extra charge, which was very kind of the owner. The Pelmo apartment is just 200 meters from the village square, with secure parking available. It was warm and welcoming, very clean, and full of original furnishings. The views of Mount Pelmo and the village are stunning.
