The only thing I’d change is the cool white lighting. Warm white feels much better in a living space. Everything else was great value, especially next to the hotel nearby where I usually stay. Breakfast was self-serve, with good coffee and freshly baked morning goods. The room was spacious with a great bed, and the bathroom was large with a strong shower. A really friendly B&B.

Francesco was so helpful and kind, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The croissants were delicious and breakfast was excellent. The location worked perfectly for Magicland, and it’s close to the highway too. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back. Thank you!

We called Francesco while looking for somewhere near MagicLand for a weekend with friends, and it was the best choice. He was friendly and kind, picked us up right at the park that evening, and even took us shopping. The rooms were modern and very tidy. The next day he drove us to the train station as well. He was great, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we visit the area.

Francesco and his girlfriend were so friendly and kind, they made us feel at home. The room was comfortable and cozy, we slept well, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There’s also a place downstairs for dinner, with authentic, generous dishes. What more could you ask for?
