Host'n GO

I picked this place because I wanted to arrive late and use the entry codes. Then, over the phone, I was told that unless I showed up in person by 7 pm, I wouldn't be able to get in. It felt like blackmail. Zero professionalism. After booking I also found out the room had no window. Are we crazy? I don't understand how rooms without windows can be rented. Where are the safety checks?

The staff were very kind and helpful, and I appreciated that they brought an extra pillow. I've already stayed here twice, and would highly recommend it. It's quiet, with free street parking that was easy to find, and the bed was comfortable. The room was immaculate, with towels and sheets changed frequently and daily cleaning, which you don't always get at other B&Bs. Toiletries like soap, shampoo, and shower gel are provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly, hot water was no problem, and the Wi-Fi was good too. The location is handy for exploring the area, just minutes from the train station, regional bus stop, and highway toll booth.

The owner was very helpful, and the room had lots of thoughtful extras: towels, a hairdryer, water, soap, shampoo, shower gel in individual tubes, and a little bag with cotton swabs, a nail file, and makeup remover pads. It was clean and elegant, with a comfortable bed and modern closets and bathroom fixtures. The TV only gets a few channels and isn't arranged very well. My main complaint was the shower: it couldn't keep hot water going for 20 minutes, and water got onto the floor even with the door closed. The hairdryer was also small and weak. Still, I had a very pleasant stay and would come back if I were in the area.

The owner was really kind and friendly, and parking wasn't too hard to find. I only stayed one night, but the room was super clean and tidy. You can arrive after hours by sending your documents and getting a PIN code to enter on your own, which was very convenient.
