I stayed here for work, and the quiet setting made it easy to focus. There’s a spacious shared room where I could work, even though the bedroom itself doesn’t have a desk, which didn’t bother me. The location is handy, halfway between Ascoli Piceno and the coast at San Benedetto del Tronto. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed, a window in the bathroom, a convenient shower, and soft towels. Breakfast had fresh cakes each morning, along with coffee, juice, fruit, and yogurt. It’s a lovely place, and I’d happily return for a holiday if I get the chance.

Breakfast was a real treat, with pastries and light cakes made by the owner, plus yogurt, fruit, toast, milk, cappuccino, and tea served with care. The hosts are warm and helpful, and they’re happy to chat over breakfast and suggest places to visit. The rooms are spotless, tastefully furnished, and have every comfort. The property itself is excellent and peacefully located. I love the Marche region and nearby Abruzzo, so I’m sure I’ll come back. I’d gladly recommend it.

There’s always parking, and laundry facilities are available. It’s about a 20-minute drive to San Benedetto del Tronto. Our double room was roomy and comfortable, and the property feels new and well cared for. Breakfast was delicious, served in a charming space, with croissants, pastries, fresh fruit, biscuits, jams, and yogurt. Highly recommended.

We came back after three years, and this B&B is still top-notch. The garden by the entrance is lovely, and the rooms are spacious and spotless, with tidy furnishings, a comfortable bed, and a bathroom with a big shower. Breakfast is a highlight too. The lady’s cakes look beautiful and taste even better, though it’s a shame we can’t finish them all. Just a small thing for anyone being picky: there’s no POS terminal. We’ll book again next time we’re in the area.
