Hotel B&B Hotel Milano Cologno

The hotel was convenient for my business trip, close to my company, and the room was basic but clean and well organized. The breakfast was healthy, and all the receptionists were friendly and helpful. They arranged taxis for me to the company and to the airport. I’d stay here again the next time I’m in Milan for work, and I’ve already recommended it to my colleagues : )

The people here were so professional, and the food was perfect. The rooms were clean and nice, and it’s a great place. This is the best hotel in Milano, and I’d recommend it as a great 5* stay.

The location was the biggest letdown for me. It’s in an industrial area with almost no shops or restaurants, apart from one decent place across the road. The train station is at least a 15-minute walk, which gets tiresome when you’re doing it every day, and getting a taxi here isn’t easy either. The workers were polite and helpful, and the drinks and other items they offered were reasonably priced. Our room was nice and clean, with daily cleaning. Still, a few things didn’t feel right for a 4-star hotel: the TV didn’t work, the shower head came right off, and the gym was out of order. I’d seen an earlier comment about the gym and it still hadn’t been fixed, which cost the hotel a mark from me. Breakfast was too basic and had very little choice. I liked the pastries, but that was about it. The hotel is good in general, though the location lets it down.

The staff were what I loved most. Everyone was friendly, kind, and polite. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was tasty.
