The new manager was lovely and showed us around the property and vineyards. The local wine tasting was a terrific bonus, and we'll be back.

The ladies running the place were so friendly and always ready to help with guests' needs. The sweet and savory breakfast is a must, and the food was excellent: homemade, beautifully presented, and made with quality local ingredients. They also make wine on site and carefully suggest pairings with the dishes. We stayed half-board for six days; the rooms were very clean, linens were provided, and the whole place felt pleasant and well maintained. It's pet-friendly too. A note for the owners: they're already working on some structural shortcomings. Improvements like better garden upkeep, outdoor lighting to make the property easier to see from the road, and a nicer view of the vineyard from the back could make it even better.

Breakfast had both sweet and savory options, and the homemade cakes, muffins, and pancakes were divine. The staff were incredibly kind, and the rooms were spotless and air-conditioned. Despite being near a busy road, the room was well soundproofed. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious and airy. Highly recommended.

Just two minutes from the lovely Lido di Spina beach, and conveniently on the SS Romea highway for drives to Ravenna, Comacchio, and nearby places. The farmhouse is surrounded by vineyards and managed by Daniela with warmth and professionalism. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with air conditioning, and breakfast features excellent local products. Take advantage of the special offer at the 51 Bagno Schiuma spa, where the services and food are excellent.
