Bungalow Logonovo

The setting is lovely, but there were several problems with the accommodation. The walls are very thin, so you hear the neighbors clearly, and the beds could do with an overhaul. The locks barely offer any resistance to a break-in. Wifi, which we paid extra for, hardly worked for a week. Air conditioning did work, but cost another 10€ per night. Take a regular coffee maker and a toaster if you want to make a proper breakfast. The deposit was returned without any trouble on site. The cleaners were very loud and started early, so sleeping in was difficult.

We've stayed here twice and would happily return. Our first visit was in cottage 13 in 2022, then cottage 37 in 2023. Both units had been freshly cleaned, and the agency staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is fantastic. The garden could use some care, and the furnishings are basic but adequate. Parking is right by the unit.

There's a well-stocked Spar 3 km away, and the beach has a small playground about a five-minute walk off. The large water slides are around ten minutes away on foot. But we would not stay with this provider again, even though €270 in the off-season for a small bungalow might otherwise have been acceptable. On arrival, nothing had been cleaned: there was urine throughout the bathroom, the toilet was broken, and the neighboring house was just as bad. Dirt and cobwebs were everywhere. The washing machine was moldy inside, furniture was filthy, electrical outlets were scarce, and there were mouse droppings. The TV cable was broken, and insulation was missing in places. Very poor value. The small nearby market is avoided by locals, and the corner snack bar is best skipped too, since some food is still raw. Bring your own food for arrival day.

A clean bungalow just three minutes from the sea, with screens on all the windows to keep mosquitoes and gnats out. The kitchen is small but comfortable, the water gets hot, and the TV has German channels. Internet is weak. The sea is warm and shallow, though there are lots of crabs. A good choice for a family holiday.
