Paolo, who owns the nearby famous Quo Vadis restaurant, manages this lovely family-run place. It's just steps from the beaches and close to the main street, Via Carducci. The hospitality is always top-notch, with kind, attentive people who are readily available. Each time we stay, it feels more like home. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely return.

The premises are brand new and clean, and cleanliness and hospitality are the strong points here. Indoor parking is essential at certain times of year and on some days of the week. There are agreements with bars and a beach club. There's no Wi-Fi.

The welcome was perfect, the owner was professional, and everything was very clean. You can also have lunch or dinner at the owner's restaurant next door if you like, and the food is top-notch. Simply perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom were both spacious and spotlessly clean, and the owner was very kind.
