La Casa di Santino

We had such a lovely stay and felt at home. The place is fantastic and extremely clean. Many thanks to Marinella and Giancarla for all the care and attention, and for welcoming us so kindly.

There are two handy parking lots within a hundred meters. The B&B sits in a very quiet spot in Comacchio’s historic center. Mrs. Marinella is a delightful host who pays close attention to what guests need. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, and the whole place is spotless. Breakfast is generous, with more than just pastries. We had a wonderful long weekend, and want to thank Mrs. Marinella and her staff again.

We were six adults and three children, staying for two nights over a full weekend, and had a wonderful time. The place is small and private, and really feels like home. Giancarla and Marinella were excellent hosts; thanks to them for the warm hospitality and good conversation. The rooms are bright, roomy and spotless, and seem to have been renovated recently with excellent window and furniture materials. Breakfast was fantastic, with everything you could want. The location is central and full of character, right on one of the canals. You can drive to the house and park underneath beside the canal and entrance. Kindness, cleanliness, space and privacy, what more could you ask for?

The owner was extremely kind and helpful, and breakfast was plentiful with plenty of variety. The property has been recently renovated, and the rooms are spotless and have all the amenities. It’s in the heart of Comacchio, overlooking one of the town’s characteristic canals. You can park by the canal, or use a nearby free public parking lot with no barriers if you’d rather avoid the hassle. Highly recommend.
