The view and location are excellent. It's a residential area on a hill, just a few kilometers from the sea. Some of the houses are in great shape, while others look quite neglected even though they're newly built.

There are apartments in different sizes, on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor. The residence is fully fenced, including the parking area, and has a large pool with a shallow part for children and a lifeguard. A small pine grove sits in the middle, looking over the pool.

There's excellent fish, and the place works well as a base for visiting several famous spots. Venice is reachable for a day out, while Rimini and Riccione are about half an hour away. The residence is close to the sea and the area's trendy clubs, making it a great place to spend a holiday.

It's a shame the lovely pool, with its children's section, isn't heated. The residence is well maintained and tucked among the pine trees.

Evenings are peaceful here, with no car or party noise. The pool and pine grove make this an enchanting place to unwind, and it works well for families too. For me, it's the best residence among all the beaches.
