I stayed for two nights, and the service kept this from being a five-star stay. There was just one large shower towel in the room. When I asked for another because I needed to wash my hair, and also asked for a face towel, the lady said they leave only one towel per person and don't have small towels for the face, hands, or bidet. So for two nights, one towel had to do everything.
