Vear Hausing

I've used Vear Hausing in several ways over the past months: buying property in Italy, staying as a tourist in a home they manage, and renting out my apartment to holidaymakers. I'm happy with every part of the collaboration. With their help I made my dream of owning a house by the sea abroad come true, which turned out to be harder than it sounds. Their professionalism and commitment went well beyond standard estate agency service, and gave me a strong sense of trust and confidence. We bought a house through this very nice agenzia last year, and they helped us with everything. It's run by a father and son, and their service really matters to them. Even now, if we have a question, Massimiliano or his father will come to the house or help us on Whatsapp.

The flat was clean when we got it, and we had a lovely week. Everyone at the agency was professional and friendly, and we'd be glad to come back. I still find it odd that bed linen service isn't included in Italy, though that's just my personal preference. It would also be nice if all the accommodation had upgraded wifi and a dishwasher.

I took a chance on both the agency and the accommodation, and ended up having a great family holiday. The apartment matched its description and was very clean. Massimilliano was kind, professional, helpful, and understanding, and communication with him was easy. Five stars.
