AcquaTerraFuoco - City Apartments

I’m leaving this here so people know what the stay is like before they book. We spent two nights at the Elektra Love appartement. At first glance it seemed fine, but looking more closely was disappointing. The cleaning fee felt high for two nights, yet the cleaning was only basic. The flat was poorly equipped: no wine glasses, just two glasses for everything, and no proper knife for cooking or even cutting bread. There were no napkins, Nespresso caps, oil or salt. There’s no dishwasher or place to dry dishes, and no small bedside lights, just one large light in each area. The hot water stopped working on the first morning. We tried to get help, but nobody answered until after we’d left. Then someone said they had forgotten to reply. For a two-night stay, I expected at least a few basic things. If we have to furnish a flat ourselves, there’s no point in us choosing one. What we paid didn’t match the service. I don’t recommend this agency at all.
