Even though we only stayed one night, we had a lovely time. The rooms were clean and nice, and the view was stunning, though it wasn't of the lake. The owner made us an amazing breakfast and was very hospitable. He even gave us vegetables from his garden for a salad to go with the dinner we bought. There was no air conditioning, but they provided fans. I'd give it 4.5 stars if Google allowed that.

We used B&B SARI as a base for a motorcycle trip around Lake Como, and Mattéo gave us a very warm welcome. He speaks French. The apartment is superb, with one double bedroom and another with two single beds. Breakfast was generous, with savory and sweet choices. It's a quiet spot overlooking the village rooftops and church steeple, and we didn't hear the bells. Restaurants are only a few minutes away on foot. For parking there's a large carport for motorcycles or cars, behind an electric gate. Mattéo gives you a remote for your stay. Getting in means taking a narrow alley, which may be a surprise with a large vehicle, though it's manageable. The accommodation isn't suitable for people with reduced mobility. Mattéo also offers drinks from the fridge and homemade spirits. The guesthouse is a 15-minute motorcycle ride from the historic town center, which is definitely worth visiting. I highly recommend it.

Getting there in a large car is tricky, but the welcome was excellent and arrival turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. Good breakfast too.
