Casalia Apartment

The apartment is spacious, and Anastasia was nice, though very inefficient. She seemed like Alice in Wonderland. Still, we don’t recommend this place. The internet kept cutting out and buffering, and there was no internet or Casalia network in the bedroom or bathroom. Several other networks appeared, but not Casalia’s. The TV wasn’t connected, either. We reported these problems to Anastasia, but nothing was fixed during our four nights. The washing machine was dead. We asked for help, and two people came on the second day and eventually managed to fix it. There was no laundry detergent, shampoo, hair dryer, or plug adapter for the iron. The ironing board cover was torn, the kitchen stove’s metal grid was misplaced, and the pot for supper was old and badly scratched. At check-in, Anastasia asked me to tip the nice man who brought us the single set of keys. She is very cheap!
