Como Hills Hotel

We stayed with our baby and felt truly welcomed and cared for as a family. Comfort and peace matter even more to us because of that, and it made the stay especially special. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, and we felt at home straight away. The location was ideal, close to the city while still peaceful and quiet. The shuttle service was a great bonus and made everything more comfortable and stress-free. The team made it easy to relax, always there to help so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Everyone was warm, attentive, kind, and caring in a way that felt completely genuine. You could tell they wanted every guest to have the best possible experience and put effort into all the small details. We had a wonderful stay and honestly couldn’t have been happier. Ten points don’t feel like enough to describe how comfortable and cared for we felt. We’d return anytime and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. If we could give more than 10 points, we absolutely would. Thank you for such a beautiful experience.

The property was beautiful, clean, and felt very luxurious. The staff were kind, helpful, and quick to respond. Breakfast was delicious and included, and on the morning of our flight they even had takeaway breakfast ready at 4am for our ride to the airport. They’d thought of the fact we couldn’t have breakfast that morning, which was so thoughtful and unexpected. Highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it!

The boys were especially happy to have indoor padel courts to use when it rained. The free shuttle into downtown Como was handy too, so we could explore without dealing with parking. The hotel was about 35 minutes from Milan Malpensa Airport and roughly 45 minutes from Milan city centre. Our room was roomy and comfortable, and it had a lovely scent. Breakfast had lots of good options, and everyone we met, from reception to the restaurant team, was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The spot was peaceful while still close to everything. We had a great family stay and would come back.

The hotel is a little way out of town, but the shuttle made that easy enough. We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. My husband and the children had fun playing padel at the hotel in the mornings and evenings. The food was delicious, the service was very good, and it felt fully deserving of its four stars.
