Mrs. Ute made check-in and check-out very easy with her excellent communication, and she shared lots of useful information. She also pointed us to two good parking lots and offered to whitelist our cars so unloading the luggage would be easier. The loft sleeps seven and has plenty of space, comfortable enough beds, and a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, and more. It was properly clean, too. The one drawback is that there’s just one bathroom for seven people, but we managed. The place is in Como’s historic center, about a five-minute walk from the lake. A fantastic stay for the price.

AVOID!!! The loft listing said there would be two double beds, but when we arrived there was only one, and the remaining beds were sofa beds. We asked to switch rooms because the apartment didn’t match the description, but they refused. We’d agreed that I would pay in cash, yet they suddenly charged my credit card without telling me. I was very disappointed with the staff.

Everything was there that we needed, and the place was new and super clean. The location was excellent, too. The lady at check-in was really helpful and made sure we had what we needed. The front desk also helped arrange transport to the airport and gave detailed answers to all our questions about getting around. Thanks so much.

The room, staff, and location were all great, and everything was clean. You can get anywhere from the center of CoMo, so I’d definitely recommend staying here.
