Michele & Federica were really helpful, and it was handy that we could leave our luggage there on checkout day. Breakfast is served in a shared kitchen that’s well equipped. The apartment was spacious and very clean, with a big bathroom and all the amenities we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable too. Como Lago station is a five-minute walk away, and the ferries are about ten minutes on foot.

Fresh croissants and a mix of breakfast items were served each morning, which made our time enjoying beautiful Lake Como even better. We stayed over the bank holiday weekend, and our two hosts were lovely. They kept in touch throughout the trip and answered our questions about the lake. Thanks, Michele and Federica. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Free private parking is a real luxury in Como, and it was great to have a spot for our car. Federica was a kind host and the service was excellent. The location is close to everything a tourist might need. If I return to Como, I’ll certainly stay at Downtown Rooms again.

The host was friendly, and it’s a family business. The place felt very clean and safe. It’s about a five-minute walk to Como Lake and the rail station, so the location worked out great.
