The staff were wonderfully welcoming, especially Ilenia and everyone else. We were offered drinks throughout our stay because of some small AC problems, which were fully fixed the next day. There's a quiet, inviting terrace where it's easy to sit, chat and laugh over a drink. The hotel has an Italian charm that's a bit kitschy but still elegant in its own way, and it's cute and picturesque. The place feels calm, friendly and relaxing, with great restaurants nearby and a really good breakfast at the hotel. I'd definitely come back. Thank you!

The best part was the staff, especially Ilenia at reception. When our train to Milan was canceled because of a strike, she kept our bags safe and let us wait on the terrace until we could get another train. The hotel sits behind San Giovanni station in a quiet, partly residential area with small bars and really nice restaurants, a welcome escape from the city bustle. Rooms are well appointed, with one of the best showers we had on the trip. The lounge terrace is pretty too, overlooking medieval wall ruins.

Ilenia was fantastic when our pre-booked airport transfer fell through at the last minute. Finding another ride was difficult with the train strike and flooding that day, but she went above and beyond to help us. The property was lovely, breakfast had a decent selection, and there was a nice little terrace to use as a shared space.

We especially loved the garden room, such a treat to sit and unwind there. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the location was quiet but still convenient. We loved our stay. Thanks for a wonderful time.

That lovely smell greeted us as soon as we came in on the ground floor, and breakfast was amazing too, definitely don’t skip it. The staff were so kind and the location was great. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it. A few small changes in the room and bathroom could make things more comfortable and bring the stay up to a full five stars.
