They were disrespectful and rude, and didn't help us at all. How were we supposed to know we couldn't drive into the center? At least give us parking or some information instead of shouting like it was our problem. Is this how you treat tourists visiting Como for the first time? The key pickup was so complicated. We had to watch a PowerPoint, follow rules, then search for the key. Excuse me, are we here to play? Searching for keys in a strange place? The car was in one place, the key in another building, and the apartment somewhere else. Then they shouted at us!

The apartment was roomy, and the location was great.

The apartment itself is lovely and right in the city center, but the welcome was awful. I arrived in the ZTL with my two daughters and lots of luggage, and the host gave me no help. He sarcastically told me to find a place outside the city walls, even chuckling, and offered no useful parking details. I found a garage myself, just two minutes from the apartment. When I suggested they could direct guests there and help visitors from out of town, he said, "It seems to me we already give you enough help." I replied, "Oh, how kind of you..." and he answered, "No, not you." I've never been treated so rudely. I won't stay with MyHomeIncomo again.

The apartment is downtown, which is the one good thing. The key handover is complicated, the way they speak and behave is very rude, and parking is a long way off.
