Officina Rooms

The rooms are solid and clean, but the facilities are pretty limited, basically just A/C and a fridge. Whoever handles booking.com was rude and didn't welcome suggestions or comments. They should be kind and respectful to suggestions and to past and future guests.

I liked the clean, good-looking room and the private parking. Being able to open both the doors and garage gate with a code is a nice idea. One small issue: the mini fridge in room 7 never got cold overnight, even on the highest setting. Apart from that, I was happy with my stay 🙂

We were three people and had booked a standard room plus a deluxe one. When we got there around 10 pm, the deluxe room hadn't been cleaned at all. The bed linen was dirty, towels were in the bathroom, and pizza boxes were still on the table. We all ended up squeezed into one bed in the economy room. We tried the property, including the emergency number, but no one answered. Booking.com support was the next step. The owner eventually called, and the following day we received a full refund for the deluxe room, though the whole thing affected our trip. There were a couple of other problems too. The bathroom had shampoo but no soap or hair conditioner. Around 7 am we couldn't open the front door from inside, so we had to leave through the parking garage.

The bed was comfortable and the room was okay. I liked having enclosed parking that you access with the room code. Breakfast wasn't available at the hotel, and that wasn't clear when I booked. The gas station staff weren't very helpful.
