Sheraton has the classic feel you'd expect, with helpful staff, good restaurants if you want to eat in, and both an outdoor pool and an indoor spa that were fantastic. There's plenty to do around the lake too: from Cernobbio, the next stop by boat, you can book a private tour or take ferries around the lake. Nearby, a delightful little village is about a 10-minute walk away, with lakeside restaurants and bars. It feels less busy and is very picturesque, with lots of weddings. The boat ride is just one stop, and the hotel is a five-minute walk away. We had far more space and a more relaxed stay than in Como town, and we'd come back here if visiting Como.

We stayed as a family and were well accommodated. The hotel and its amenities looked beautiful, and the service was excellent. It was a pleasant change from the smaller, older hotels typical of Europe. We'd highly recommend it.

The terrace was amazing, and I really appreciated the upgrade I received as an elite ambassador. Thank you to the General Manager for that thoughtful gesture. My children had a wonderful time in the very clean pool. I absolutely loved the Sheraton at Lake Como. The renovated hotel has a beautiful, luxurious design, with smooth details and no sharp edges, just how I like it. Management was excellent, everything was impeccably clean, and breakfast was delicious. Of all the hotels on my trip around Europe, this left the strongest impression.

We spent four nights here while our group planned a wedding ceremony at a few locations, with the wedding itself at Villa Regina. The rooms were clean and breakfast was excellent. Service from the food and beverage teams and the porters was especially good. At reception, though, it felt cold and aloof, very impersonal and corporate.

The spa was the highlight for me. Both the steam room and sauna were properly hot, the changing room floor was heated, and they limit how many people use the spa at once. There was a refined selection of Dalmans teas, dried oranges, almonds, and other nuts. Easily one of the best spas I've visited, with a really friendly team. The gym was also good and quite large, with everything needed for a quick workout. I appreciated the weights going up to 22kg, though I wish it had a lay-down chest bar machine with heavy discs to make it world-class. I stayed just before Xmas, and the hotel is minutes from Como and Ticino. It has the comforts you'd expect from Sheraton, including comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and professional service. The reception staff were exceptional, very friendly and welcoming. If the parking fills up, there are plenty of street spaces you can pay for through EasyPark. One of my favorite places to stay in Italy, for business or a family trip. I more than recommend it and will be back!
