The terrace was large and pleasant, and the villa is done in an old style. The place matched the description and photos, and the rooms were clean and well cared for. You can walk to the Duomo in 5 minutes and the lake in 8-10, so we could reach everything on foot. Having parking on site was essential for us, though getting in is very tight and the spaces are small. Street noise can get loud; one night there was a lot of noise over some local team's win. We didn't use the kitchen since we were going to restaurants. I'd recommend staying here.

The host was really friendly and helpful, and we had a great time. The apartment was nice, fully equipped, and close to the centre.

We were a couple travelling with our baby and dog, and the apartment worked brilliantly for our family. It's spacious, quiet, and well equipped, and mostly baby safe. I was concerned from the photos that the bedroom windows might not have shutters to keep it dark for the baby, but they did. The location was ideal, right at the edge of the pedestrian area, so we had our own parking and didn't have to lug our bags around. Everything we wanted to get to was still just a 5-10 minute walk away. I'd definitely stay again.

The apartment was fresh and nicely decorated, and check-in and check-out were easy. The building was very nice, with AC in most rooms, which you need when it's 32 degrees outside. There was a small, well equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer. Como is small, so we were close to everything, including a few nice nearby restaurants with craft beer. It was too hot for us to use the terrace much. On weekend nights, you can hear motorcycles on the nearby street.
