Villa Liberty - Lake Como Rooms & SPA

The rooftop views were truly spectacular, and breakfast had plenty of choices for different tastes. We stayed one night with our daughter and had a wonderful time. The hotel is beautiful and modern, and our room was spacious and very comfortable.

We stayed for two nights. The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. It's surrounded by a beautiful garden. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

Avoid this place. My husband said it was the worst stay he's ever had. He arrived alone from Australia with our two young kids, aged 1.5 and 3, after an extremely long journey. I was due to arrive two days later. The woman at reception was incredibly aggressive, very rude and completely unhelpful. There was no bottled water in the room and no restaurant on site. The kids were exhausted and starving while they waited 1.5 hours for a food delivery that night. Reception wasn't available until 8:30 in the morning, and after 7 p.m. there was no help for anything. The electricity in the room went out at 3:30 a.m., and nobody could be reached until 8 a.m. Our kids were petrified. The rude woman blamed my husband for the power outage, then laughed about our kids being scared. It was such a disappointing experience and deeply concerning.

Our apartment was stunning, spacious, tastefully furnished and full of natural light. Its private garden felt like our own hidden oasis. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt magical, with elegant design and care in every detail. The staff were warm, attentive and gracious, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Breakfast was amazing, fresh and full of flavor, and beautifully presented. It was an unforgettable stay. Villa Liberty is a gem if you're after a serene escape in Lake Como.
