The room faced a back area taken over by dozens of pigeons, with droppings everywhere. Refrigerators in the rooms underneath ran constantly, too. And when using the bathroom, we had to stand in the shower tray. A non-slip mat there would have been useful.

Giorgia has created a modern, no-frills place, and her energy as a young, enterprising host comes through. It’s a chance to experience genuine hospitality from the Marche region.
